Reasonable rent of $800/month covers use of shared kitchen (with stove/oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and lots of cabinet space), full bath just a few steps away, high-quality treadmill and large TV/relaxation room on the 1st floor. Guesthouse is 3.3km from city center, very quiet and adjacent to Intercontinental Hotel Park with large trees and beautiful views from the back of the home. You can entertain and have guests in a very private setting! Need to entertain for business or pleasure? Our household staff can prepare that brunch, lunch or dinner party for you.

Guesthouse is run by a MOI/AISA licensed Afghan/American security company, so it is very low key and secure – we have a female guard dog on site that’s very lovable too. The compounds are run by a native Californian with years of experience in Afghanistan – NGOs, DFID, USAID, UN and military.

Two other bedrooms are also available for $750/mo (smaller room with built in cabinets and shelves but no balcony) and $950/mo (larger room also with private balcony).
