Hi Everyone, I'd truly appreciate any help on this, but I'm currently on Vyvanse and I'm still at the stage of trying to find th right dose. Well, I found all this informtaion on Lithium Orotate and it effects on ADHD.

My question is could I still take the Vyvanse and take the lithium around that 5PM when I feel the Vyvanse wearing off?

Second quick question I also read about Magnesium Taurate. Can this be supplemented with the Lithium Orotate?
