Hi everybody. I just wanted to give you some helpful info that is not on this website that has helped me tremenduously. First off, I take Advanced Research lithium orotate as recommended by this website. It is highly recommended from my research that you take magnesium along w/Lithium orotate for the electrical transfer of the lithium orotate. I can not strongly enough recommend Peter Gilham's Natural Calm magnesium supplement w/your Lithium orotate. It has a very calming effect as the name implies and is highly absorbable.
