I tell you guys an excellent amino acid supplement for stress/anxiety/ADD is L-Theanine (Suntheanine brand only!). It effects dopamine and GABA levels. It's a great addition to LiOr which effects serotonin levels. GABA helps anxiety and dopamine helps focus. Most ppl that take it report feeling calm & focused. This combo gives your brain more neurotranssmitter balance and neurotransmitters is what its ALL about. LiOr is great for depression but I still had some anxiety and that's the reason for the Suntheanine.

I bought NCI Advanced Research lithium Orotate from Luckyvitamin.com. I did a lot of online smart shopping and luckyvitamin.com is the least expensive place to purchase LiOr. I even called NCI and they told me that they actually sell their brand to the Serenity brand. So it's the same product but Serenity charges more than double b/c they can. Also, my research suggests that magnesium and fish oil be taken w/LiOr. Vitacost.com is the least expensive place to purchase these supps. I highly recommend Doctor's Best chelated biglycinate magnesium and Carlson fish oil which can be purchased from Vitacost.com for about 40-60% off. Don't waste your money on any other magnesium supp. b/c mag is very hard to absorb in the cells and Doctor's Best used Albion's patended chelated form.
