Is it for a garden plot or flower garden?

I was half right. Heh heh 9+9=18. This is really entertaining. Are you going to take it with you to local functions and let the kids play with it?

Elaine - you are right except for the part about letting kids play with it... I plan to make little animations that fit different themes, and then take it to art galleries.

I really like the way the light is shining through the mushrooms, making them translucent, in your Easter photo.

Hi there,
This is regarding the 31st March post. I think that the light-emitting thing is from a children's bedrail--what you might use if your small/young kiddoes sleep in your bed with you. I have one at my parents' house that has a "flashlight" that fits in the top of the bedrail, and it looks exactly like what you have pictured. And it's definitely not a bright light!
My two cents, Elizabeth Churchett Austin, Texas

Mystery solved, but the next question is: how did it get in Steve's pocket?

4/24 That's kind of creepy. You get some of the most intriguing shots with that camera of yours. 4/26 This kind of sliver of a moon has yet to be given a name, and now you have given the perfect one; toenail. Have wondered what kind of moon it was ever since taking a flight to San Francisco and seeing it with the white side on the bottom.

5/1 I get a lot of ideas with this stamp; applying a resist with the stamp, coloring in the background with watercolors. Embossed white with tickled colored background. Stamp on fabrics. Having never used resist on rubber, you might want to tell me how to clean it off properly. Thanks!

We saw a few goldfinches on Sunday...the first of the season in these parts. They looked like big bumble bees.
