Hey (((Michelle))), I don't know what the deal is with that video...that's one I don't even own. I'll have to look into it because the Regis and Kathie Lee videos are distributed by Buena Vista Television, which Disney owns. As soon as I find out something, I'll let you know.

I have a question. Several weeks ago, I purchased a video of Eddie, David and Dennis on the Kathy Lee & Regis show in 1991. This video was purchased on Ivory's webpage using the address that was on that page. However, I have yet to receive anything from them, nothing!! I am sick and tired of going through a lot of drama purchasing Eddie's material be it videos or CDs. Just recently, I had to threatened bodily harm to another seller who kept giving me excuses as to why my EJK cd was not at my house!! He had more excuses than someone going to the electric chair!!!

My question is this. Does anyone know where I can purchase this video of the guys on Kathy Lee & Regis? Any help or comments will be appreciated.

I am typing this post on my secondary computer, as I work for an out of state company transcribing medical reports to supplement my income and while hooked up to their system, I cannot get on the Net but I can receive and send email messages, as well as receive and send IM messages. GO Figure!!

(((BP)), I have checked out the site and I think that it is a great idea to move there! Not only will the trolls be kept out but we can talk about other topics in addition to our sweet Eddie as well. You can even set up the board to talk about private topics!

(((Cherish))), girl don't worry. The site is just as easy to maneuver as this one. In fact, in many ways it is better!

As I was saying, I was working on a possible new site for the board, and it's just about finished. I wanted to give yall a sneak peek at it and let you see how it works. Right now, you can't register or post, but you can look and kind of get a feel for it. If we decide that this is the way we're going to go, it's not difficult to manuever at all. All that's needed is your username, your email address and a password (which will be sent to you at first, then you can change it to something that you will remember). And you have the option of not letting your email show, if that's what you want. Here's the URL:

(((Jamel))), that would be a nice idea to have Eddie's music playing during a chat session, but that is easier said than done. It takes a lot of bandwidth, among other things, and things start to get expensive from there. So I figure it's best just to keep it simple.

Cherish - what a neat Christmas gift. It's amazing what seeing an old clip like that can do to brighten up a day! I remember one time, during the reunion year they were on some show and I was watching, and they did Just My Imagination, which was great. But, during the interlude, when Paul sings, they had David doing his part, not even live, lip syncing to Paul's voice. I was so wild, too bad it wasn't in the internet days, they would have gotten an immediate e-mail, but it was too hard to write a letter.

Finally I can put the songs with the faces. I received my Tempt Complications video today and I am Tempt out. Eddie with his boyish looks will make any women shiver. The 60's footage Eddie looks like he is 15 years old however; the 70's footage he likes he is late 20's the man looks fine..

One observation the C5 has set a high standard for it replacement guys I kinda felt sorry for Denise singing My Guy. It is hard for me to see anyone else singing David/Eddie/Paul's signature songs. For Commercial use any one can argue those songs are Temptation songs, but I have to disagree no one can sings Get Ready like Eddie can. Like David said in "Lead of the Temptation" No one can sing "Just My Imagination" like Eddie I don't care who sings it and he is right. Poor Damon I don't know what he was thinking of singing "Get Ready" Eddie's song. At first I thought he was the warm up guy not the person who is actually going to sing "Get Ready" well to my demise he was singing Eddie's song so like a good troop I fast-forward. Another observation as the line up change so did the "looks" Paul, Eddie, and David please come back!!! Temptations was not an ordinary group it is a institutions it is the house that Eddie, Paul, and David built a legacy their children and grandchild will never be a part of

Season's Greetings to Eddie-one. Hope Santa was good to you. BP, I bought the CD, THE TEMPTATIONS SING SMOKEY about two years ago. It took a while for me to warm up to Eddie's version of YOU'VE REALLY GOT A HOLD ON ME. I was so used to Smokey's. Now I love it. The more I listen, the more emotional it sounds over Smokey's. My absolute favorite Eddie song on the CD is WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT GOODBYE." I love the way he pulls on the word, "goodbye."

BP, I like the board the way it is now. It is so easy for me to get on. I'm not as adept as other people when it comes to accessing things on the computer. I'm still trying to figure out how to get into the chat room. (I can hear the laughter.)

I have a Christmas story. Santa was good to me yesterday, but I got to indulging in a fantasy about how wonderful it would be to find that one special gift under the tree. We all know WHO that one special gift is. So, I'm watching TV and I see that the PBS station is showing the Ed Sullivan Show. Being a child of the 60's, I grew up watching this show. So, guess what? I'm watched this old black and white show with obscure, albeit, talented guests, and enjoyed it! That helped to take my mind off things for a while. Then the second half hour of the show was about to come on. At the beginning of each show, you are shown a preview of the guests. The thought flashed across my mind at that momemt that they would show the Temptations. No sooner had I thought that, Eddie's face appeared on the screen, singing, "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me" in the preview. They sang that song, along with "Cloud Nine," "The Best Things in Life are Free," and "Runaway Child." I do have the Ed Sullivan tapes of all their appearances, but the one on my TV was so much sharper and clearer. It was as though they appeared before me in person. I mean, I saw little things there I didn't see before, as if I was seeing it for the first time. And consider that Ed Sullivan was on TV a very long time. Of all the shows that could have been shown, that one was chosen. Someone else was apparently thinking about them too. In some small way, I guess I did get my Christmas gift.
