I have a clarus that is in perfect condition. With box and leather case all excellent. includes the brochure that is probably the owners manual cause it gives the instruction on how to use and numbers the different dials and adjustment knobs. . paper is spendid condition as well . i'd like to sell it . would u enjoy makeing an offer??

I think there is 101mm Raptar on big auction site. Not listed as Clarus lens though. Might be affordable in the end since it is a bit rough, at least may not go for $280.00 as in past.

Those prices sound about right to me although in the past I was able to buy Elgeet lenses for less. The f/2 Raptar is desirable and usually does well. That there is any market for the Clarus proves Rick's point - pros have given up on the latest bells and whistles and are flocking to the Clarus. Smart decision.

Big price! I have thinned out Clarus excess stuff over last six months but did not come close to 170 bucks. Just selling for reference: I sold 2 elgeets one for $135 that was nice in red case and one beat-up one for $62 both to Seikamon Japanese buying service. One Clarus camera ser#16000 f/2 Raptar for $60 and one nice f/2 example w/box ser#B8000 for $100.
