Steve, that's terrible, and I'll look into it right away. Can you mail me with details, and I'll chase T-Mobile? The usual address will be best.

But it's no surprise. If you want GPRS cheaply, buy in bulk. I'm seriously thinking of switching over to the Vodafone 3G service...
