One of my favorite spam names is Odyssius Mandel.

The brother Howie never speaks of, perhaps?

The VERY BEST spam TO: address that ever showed up in my mail box was addressed to

Master@your_domain.com.

This is where I shamelessly plug my spam stories page, where the senders of spam and their subject lines get worked into a random quote.

How about the mother and son team of Dr. Mrs. Mariam Abacha and Ibrahim Abacha?
These are names from one of those Nigerian spam scam
e-mails. This one was sent to a guy I know. Instead of deleting it, he responded, and turned the correspondence into a hilarious short play.

Spam in general would be a lot easier to live with if it were funnier.

So far the creativity is mostly in peculiar spellings (with numbers, punctuation) of "penis" to get it through the filtering programs.

Some of these bonzos are trying re-spelling with umlauted and other diacritically modified words, ditto purpose. The salutation line can look like a song title from a heavy metal band.

It's one helluva foot, and Vertie should be proud of it. Apparently they've got a Tolkien index in their random name generator. Still waiting for a "Frodo Huffington" or "Bilbo Balboa" to show up.

My current favorite is "Christmas Pontibrand," taking the top spot away from "Napoleon Fenton," who in his turn replaced "Gafna Capral."

eh. I just use a phonebook if I'm *really* stuck. Same for roleplaying characters.
