Safe for work?

I like to think the phrase "panoramic boobies" is sort of synonymous for "NSFW." But in case this is not obvious, no it is not safe for work.

well.... approximately 355degrees of the photo are safe for work. It's that last 5 you might want to glance over your shoulder for.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed. You hear the words "boobies" and "panoramma" and you generally expect more than one pair!!

Wow, i got a mention at boingboing?!?

A soccer mom and her family saw me shooting QTVR panos at the 1999 Mardi Gras and followed me to my next setup and flashed my pano. I never found the time to stitch any of the content from that year's Mardi Gras. A few weeks ago, on a QTVR mail list, another producer was saying you should always get everything perfectly level - which inspired me to dig out and do post work on this off level panorama. I believe I have a few more flash for beads panoramas from that year, but still haven't found time to do the post work.

This would be a lot better if that chick didn't look like Dennis the Menace.

One of the worst things about Mardi Gras is how widely it promotes quantity over quality. What really depresses me, though, is that the violence is usually of higher quality than the sex. True, there is occassionaly a hot little college girl, and maybe even an Asian tourist; but they're very rare.

It's all over for me by the time the high school girls in the parade go home. After that, you might as well just buy some coke from a street dealer, because chances of getting an erection are slim anyway. If there weren't so many prostitutes in New Orleans, it would be a total bust.

Yep. Correct. Most of the folks on these particular balconies are gay men. And if you look carefully, the guy up against the wall, behind the flashing soccer mom, is urinating on the wall. That's Mardi Gras. You've seen the stereotypical laughing and crying pair of Mardi Gras masks, haven't you.

MTV, Playboy, E!TV and Girls Gone Wild would like you to believe that there are nothing but a bunch of super hot chicks running around exposing themselves. And fact is, if you can stand to hang out all day in that heavy heavy very drunk college aged crowd on Bourbon Street, you will see dozens of college aged hotties flashing. Unfortunately, you will also see hundreds of older overweight not too attractive women that are so happy to show you what you been requesting to see. as well as dozens of drunk guys with their pants around their ankles. BTW - WARNING to GUYS. About 99% of people arrested for flashing are guys.

And, outside of the Quarter, it is still a big party with families at parades, but getting caught flashing outside of the Quarter will usually get you arrested.
