Dear Heavenly FATHER,
GREAT Creator, please hear my prayer.
My weight is out of control. Weight loss beyond my ability alone is necessary.
The only one who has the power to help me is YOU.
I trust in YOU alone. I thank YOU now for the help I know YOU will provide.
This and all my prayers are submited to YOU in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

I know Heavenly FATHER will help me gain strength with the willpower
I need in order to resolve my weight issues.
I want to live a long healthy life so that I may do good in the name of Jesus.
