At the moment we are verifying the 1st and 2cd of September 2007 for the HTA/ITC Irish Heavy Throws National Championships and the World 56lbs Championships.
The Irish Throwers Club has found a new home at www.irishthrowersclub.com where all future information on the Dunboyne championships will be hosted. Check out the events and results section for the upcomeing Dr. Pat O'Callaghan Hammer Decatalon on the 26th of August.

It's like a secret underground here, didn't know anyone was still using it. As your here then Leo and no one answers on the forum, what ages at Masters level throw the senior weight (male and female) so I can finish updateing the rankings for the year.
Getting the photos up now(ish) and expect to have videos up within a week, Terry McHughs national Record, Eileen O'Keefes Rec and some other big ones (thanks to Dan Kennedy)
Everyone please keep checking the news and posting in the forum.

World Class Shot and Discus throwers available for coaching seminar next summer, Male and female athletes to demonstrate technique and physical conditioning available, both olympic finalists.
If interest and funds can be raised i will arrange it next spring/Summer.

Hi all members,
I'm just back from Germany. I was throwing in European Cup for the heavy weights. I won 11 gold, 7 silver & 1 bronze medals. I've also broken quiet a few P.B's & national records. I'll be throwing again in Dunboyne Co Meath on Sept 2nd & 3rd. Everyone's welcome to throw. Will start about 10am on Sat.
