I've seen some strange suggestions about why Tablet PCs aren't everywhere. According to DigiTimes, it's Microsoft's fault, for not promoting it. According to The Inquirer, it's the PC makers' fault for firing all their staff who would be the only likely customers.

In reality the problem is Centrino or rather, the lack of Centrinos. But there is more to it.
