OK folks…. Talk of Men http://talkofmen.cjb.com is going in a new direction…We want comic love talk on our favorite men…Ok if you write anything we think is funny or cute or just interesting I will post it on Talk of Men…Its comic love comments that seem to be getting the attention of some of the other press members like magazines and so fourth that is the kind of talk were looking for at Talk of Men and it can be about any man, person or anything. Thanks so much for all your fun loving comments. I also want you to know that I dont claim that anything written on the Internet by the open public is truth. We at Talk of Men are not CNN…We do not claim to be The Most Trusted Name in News. One more thing if you send me a email and it is about one of the people we write about I may chose to use it on the internet, unless you tell me not too. OK…So make sure you tell me you dont want it out on the internet, when you write me an email.

Thanks for taking time to make the page the best of the web. I love pixs with Felipe of Spain, I like his James Bond appeal. I'd suggest Pierce Brosnan, George Clooney, Sean Connery and Mel Gibson. I think they are personally the hottest men in the planet. Thanks, good job.

When I was a teenager I thought I was in love with Lou Diamond Phillips. Than he went and married some blondie girl. Than she dumped him for another women. Melissa Etheridge I think. Weird hun? Lou you poor guy and boy is she stupid.
When I was 23 I thought I was in love with Tom Cruise until he kinda made an ass of himself and dumped his wife Mimi Rogers for Nicole Kidman. Now hes made an ass of himself all over again. Dear God Tom!!! What woman are you going to dump Penelope for?
I still love Mel Gibson. He has yet but to make a public ass of himself when it comes to women, family and marriage anyway. I once said that I feel sorry for his wife Robin, cause billions of woman wish she would just drop dead so they could have her husband. If truth be known, I really would not want to be in her shoes.
Im still in love with Pierce Brosnan. I wish I could have snagged him. I bet a lot of women would love to snag him. I think married men who are in stable family lives are so much more attractive to other women. We tend to fall in love or fancy men who seem to have their act together and are proven to be men who will stay with their spouses and be good fathers, or at least thats what I think makes a man look attractive and Pierce Brosnan so far has been that way.
I love Jackie Chan because he makes me laugh. I wish he would do another movie like Shang High Noon. Funny movie!!! I really loved it. Ann Stewart | Email | Homepage | 08.18.03 - 6:40 pm | #
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok this will show my age but,
George C Scott in the Cinncinati Kid and Patton-
Paul Neuman in Cool Hand Luke and Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid-
Steve Mcqueen in Bullit and about 5 others-
Gene Hackman in The French Connection-
Jack Nickelson in The Shining and Batman(he stole the show in batman) James Mason in Rommel-
Peter O'toole In Lawrence Of Arabia-
Georgre Peppard in The Blue Max-
Erol Flynn in Gunga Din-
Tommy Lee Jones in the Fugitive. Charles in Montana | 08.19.03 - 12:31 am | #
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'll chip in too.
First on my list is my guy ( of course, but he's a writer not an actor. In fact tonight he was looking oddly like Hunter S. Thompson...well not true to the exact physical image, but I keep telling him Cider apple vinegar! He did do it for awhile and actually grew new hair up there. More so it was his intentness as he pounded away at the keyboard, snarkling every few seconds )
Famous actors that I think are attractive to look at.
American and or British screen actors off the top of my head... Patrick Stewart, Wesley Snipes, and James Spader, Eric Stolz, William DaFoe and while at it I've always thought Christopher Walken ( msp? ) was interesting. Men who resonate confidence. Lots of actors have arrogance, but confidence is something rare. Intelligence is another factor. And yeah, Jackie Chan....Always a smile.
European actors......Lots there, but I never remember the names Lysa | 08.19.03 - 1:58 am | #
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I like Johnny Depp because he's not main stream Hollywood. He does what he wants to do, even if it is a bad script. I don't like Matt Damon as an actor, but I did like the movie Bourne Identity. Of course everybody loves Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, but I don't know about him running the government. Michael Bohannon | 08.19.03 - 2:18 pm | #
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You know I love Tommy Lee Jones. I will chose him over any of the other actors. I would watch a foolishly bad movie if he was in it. He's an awesome actor. I love that you find all this stuff out for me Ann. Samantha P. | Email | 08.20.03 - 2:13 pm | #
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know how you feel Sam. I love Benicio Del Toro. I would so have his baby. Too bad Ill never meet him. I will be dreaming about him tonight though. Benicio and Dr. Gupta the 2 of those guys are my 2 favorite flavors. Ann Stewart | Email | Homepage | 08.20.03 - 5:01 pm | #
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Micky Rourke I just like the movies he does. He does stuff differently. I haven't seen him in a roll I didn't like. Lee P | 08.21.03 - 2:15 pm | #

Hi Lindsey It is so nice to hear from you. I'm Ann Stewart. I'm the editor of this site. I always loved reading about the Kennedy's and I hated it when people trashed them. I thought they were beautiful and lucky myself. I was always a fan of the men in their family. Personally I feel like the Kennedy's have had some hard times, but it's no curse of any kind. All people die, so I guess you can say we are all cursed, and I think at some point in our lives we are reckless and foolish too. The only difference with us and the people who live in the publics eye is the world watches them and the world knows about it and also will never let them forget the mistakes they make. In a way I feel sorry for Famous people for that reason. But on the other hand they are rich, so I dont feel that sorry for them. I really think Celebrities should have some better legal rights to be able to stop some of the cruelty of the Publications that is put out on the general public. Lindsey feel free to post your thoughts here on this quick topic anytime. If this site gets enough kind comments, I will make a new site for the Famous Family using the kind comments of the fans who write in about them. That was a great comment you wrote. It was kind, thoughtful and caring one. I will probably use it on a tribute site for the Famous Family for all their public work as soon as I get enough comments built up for them. I will include the women in their family for the next site too. Sorry I built this site for my girlfriends on line, thats why it is mostly about the men, but the tribute site will be about the whole family and all the accomplishments they have made and done in society. So if there is anything special you know about the Famous Family put it here and I will put it on the new site and say reported by Lindsey. Your new online friend Ann Stewart PS if you are into the 2004 election we are holding a online debate that is very educational at http://election2004.4t.com It helps I think to be able to know who the candidates are and what issues they support and who supports what and why. Thats what the on line debate is for educating people about the candidates. You seem to be a good writer Lindsey. I would love to see you at the debate.

I happen to have read the book the Kennedy Curse. I would not buy it, but picked it up off my friends coffee table one day, and started flipping through it. I started to read it, and pretty soon, I was done. It wasn't a thick book! Basically, it trashes on each Kennedy member who's either died, or had some type of tragedy in their life. The only Kennedy member I saw any good comments about were Jackie, and John Jr, everyone else was basically dirt to the author. Even Carolyn, John Jr's wife, which I thought was overly ignorant. The poor woman is dead, and her family has to remember this type of talk that will forever shadow her. Noone was in her position, so noone has room to talk or know exactly what her reasoning was for her actions. This woman, as every Kennedy, hashad to deal with the undeniable fact that possibly, in the public eye, they could be assasinated at any moment. Jack, Bobby, and a couple other fishy situations...it's obviously scary for these people. And then they wonder why they liveon the edge. Well, I think I would live the edge too not knowing what could happen to me at any moment. She herself, had to be scared and paranoid for her husband, I know I would've been, especially when there was talk of him possibly running for office. I don't believe in the Kennedy Curse, but I do believe inthe Kennedy Curse Edward Klein spoke about. He did not believe in the myth of the curse, even though I did not like his views on most things, I do agree with him there. He states that the curse is not some voodoo type chant curse we all would imagine but a curse if the Kennedy's wn doing. He claims, that they make the curse for themselves with their,"I'm invincible," attitude. They get hurt with their outrageous, and adventurous ways. Most people get scared and take precautions, but Kennedy's love fear and challenge. That is a curse to me, but it's them taking their own futures into their hands. That is what the whole book is behind, looking at crazy things they done, or bad situations they put themselves in that took them to tragedy. For Katie, it was a plane accident that could've been avoided had she taken the pilots advice to wait. Joe, it was him going against orders to take the mission that he was adivised not to take. Jack, even though I believe he was killed by the inevitable, he was warned by his advisor's to not make the trip to Dallas, and to not ride in an open car, he chose to anyways. Will Kennedy-Smith, if he hadn't had such an ego, maybe his name wouldn't had been dragged through the mud for rape. Teddy, he always did what he wanted and ended up hurting others along the way. John Jr, he was fighting with his wife, and agreed to fly a plane at request of his sister in law to try in save his marriage. He knew he should not fly but he did adventurous things. Carolyn, she should have gotten her butt to the airport early enough for them to fly out before it got dark instead of choosing vanity over safety. This is what the Kennedy curse is...they feel nothing will go wrong, they can beat the time machine, and too bad that we lost some of the greatest people in history because of it.
