Responsibilities include daily oversight of pre-production team and client communication.

Technical Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with technical concepts, SQL queries, and database structures; knowledge of complex merge scenarios including data handles, key words, terms and phrases.
• Conversant with “Scripting” languages; understand concepts and logic, able to identify issues and evaluate resolution.
• Must be able to learn quickly, be detail-oriented, organized, and understand image format conversions.
• Proficient to high skill level using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Database management experience preferred.

• Experience in printing, fulfillment and/or mailing industry required

Our candidate must have solid working knowledge of some applications in the Anchor Software (formerly Mirus) suite of software, including Letterwriter, MaxPrint, MaxPresort, MaxDup, MaxCASS and Doalls.
