That Nashville fireworks thingy is the biggest clusterfuck on the local calendar, by far. I've seen redneck idiots park ON THE GODDAMN INTERSTATE to watch it, tying traffic up for hours.

My own Independence Day observance will be a bit more pedestrian... from the front door of my apartment (across the street from MTSU's library), I'll have a pretty good view of Murfreesboro's own big time fireworks-wannabe extravaganza on campus. Might take some pictures, or might just kick back with a pint of Guinness and enjoy the view.

     Well, figured i would drop a line and say that after i watched my local firework show , I watched the A&E thing.
     The fireworks were amazing , everything else I didn't really care for.
     To open up the gala with Wilson was a mistake. His band members were hitting the notes he used to hit, while he sat and waved his arms around like he had Parkinsons. He should really retire and give it up.After listening to that I wasn't very interested in the rest until the fireworks started. Well enough of my rambling, take care all and have a good weekend
