Could you be a little more vague? What IS going on in Providence ? The prostitution loophole was recently closed in RI, but there's still plenty of grinding going on in the lapdance area. Or were you asking about something else ?

This is Prime its time for the Postal Service to sink, its already like a damaged ship listing to one side taking on water old and rusted way past its time. We need to except the fact that the day of forever mail is gone and thank God , its a green revolution and the postal service is on its way out ,the computer age is here, its time for the GOVT to step in and retrain postal workers for green jobs period ,let the old ship sank this is Prime autobots roll out!

Another ET: The green card goes in the envelope, so it doesn't matter anyway. The 6 piese test deck does not even check indicia. Our accept rate went up when we finally were able to pass this deck. It took some work, but it passes almost everyday now with very little work. It definitely made an improvement in the accept rate. If you keep the maintenance up on the machines, it is good test deck. If you let PM's slip, it takes time to get it to pass again.

Just you wait, If you think you can cheat by running the deck one piece at a time, think again! You can't outsmart the bean counters. They will tell you to run the deck as if you would for live mail,i.e. normal speed.

This is Prime if the Postal service really was interested in saving some money ,first they would go green ,and second they would contract out the custodian craft ,and safe millions of dollars ,its all a no brainer and common sense

Right, the USPS wants to save money by going "Green". The only green is that stuff going to the contractors. I heard that the Dallas, Texas PDC got all of the lights changed over to "greener" ones for only 2.6 million and that building is going to be closed in a few years. Now what was the total cost nation wide?

Custodian, you sound more like a sour grape mechanic that does not have what it takes to be a ET. That worthless test deck is just like the colored ICS deck a pure joke and any ET worth their salt can get around it any number of ways. Cheers.

old ET,my point was that the USPS collects all kind of obscured data. Some bean counter somewhere wanted to justify his job would tell you to run the deck as you would live mail.

Don't let my moniker fool you, I have more technical knowledge in the electronics field than most of your senile ETs can dream of.

/m1595 Custodian if you have that much technical knowledge then why did you not decide to use it? Or are you just comfortable with the job your doing and no longer want to shoulder any additional problems or responsibilities?

/m1595 Thanks for reminding us again how brilliant you think you are. It's been almost a week since you've mentioned it, so I almost forgot.

What makes you think I'm not using it? How would I know they collect the precise time you ran your deck and elapse time in seconds between your cards?

/m1598 I am still asking you ....If you have that much technical knowledge then why did you not decide to use it? Or are you just comfortable being a custodian doing your job and no longer want to shoulder any additional problems or responsibilities?

The green card goes in the envelope and still reads hot. Unless the Lat-88 is turned down to "1". The machine is now tuned to the test deck, screw the mail.

I get paid same whatever the "accept rate". I have almost zero reason to care
