Would be better if that coffee was made with the caffeinated water, too.

My favorite afternoon "pick-me-up" is a little something called the "Jack Hammer" (or the "Hammer Head" or the "Jack Rabbit," depending on who you ask, or what time of day it is) which is two shots of espresso in a cup of black coffee. That'll put hair on your teeth.
