To all, maybe now is the time for people in the different VMF's to call the OIG's Hot Line and ask them about the Waste,Fraud, and Mis-Management that everyone believes is going on in their VMF's. We all know that the contractor's are ripping us off and like the Phoney VMF Manager says, these contractor's would be around 24/7 if the VMF's were open around the clock. The MVS Employee's are sick and tired of what's going on and are starting to speak up,however, now is the time for the others that are complaining to also get involved on the issues and stop letting other people do all the work while you enjoy all the perks that may come your way. Overtime is nice, but it's not just about overtime, these Manager's and Supervisor's are contracting so much work out the door that they are the ones responsible for a disgruntled work force. The USPS preaches a zero violence workplace policy and they are the ones that cause all these hostilities among their Employee's by allowing these contractor's to work seven days a week, and as many hours as they want while you get to go home after forty. Maybe the OIG will Investigate if these contractor's are in Violation of the State Labor Laws to see if they are paying their Employees Cash Under The Table After Forty Hours. It's very frustrating to see all this work day after day going out the door and I hope to see someone in Headquarters put a stop to all this Wasted Money going out the door. Good Luck To All.
