That is wrong on so many levels, many hidden in plain sight.
Olive oil is one of those curious substances which, properly applied, can be nominated for the title Nectar of the Gods. Not necessarily in chicken salad (do-able but a neat trick, and certainly better than mayonnaise) but... yeah.

My vote'll go with chunky peanut butter every time.
It's the, uh...Thick, Paste-like, Chunky, Butter-ish Substance of the Gods.
That sausage sounds good, though.
