"Because I have balls like atom bombs, two of them, 100 megatons each. Nobody fucks with me."

Maybe I'm a pushover because I don't do yoga.

But I've just gotta respect that.

What an asshole. Dear Bikram: There's about five thousand years of prior art to contradict your intellectual property claims. You seem to have missed some of the critical lessons in the practice of yoga.

Ian, I agree. If you think "yoga's for pussies" you'd have to give it a second thought if you read that quote.

Disclaimer: I've tried Bikram. It's not for pussies.

Yoga is full of this stuff. Here's an article on the subject from Sept 2002.
Yogis Behaving Badly
For millennia, the intricate techniques of yoga were passed down from teacher to student in a sacred exchange. But today, in the booming yoga industry, it's (downward-facing) dog-eat-dog.

Just another "Saddam" who needs his atomic balls blasted off.

IP and copyright will destroy the human spirit. After that, we will be done for!

It's amazing how far you can go in America simply by being a psychotic asshole.

i don't even think Bikram is that good for a person(i've done it a few times at one of this guys studios her in NYC). When i found out Bikram was a former weight lifter i was like "ooh, now that makes sense"
its so gung ho and reckless in my opinion. there are more rigorous poses in other practices(vinyassa for one) and it seems to me that the intense heat is just magnifying what would be an average workout.

if you want intense heat, go to a sauna. if you want to buy into this assholes garbage practice, go do Bikram Yoga.

i don't need it and i'll argue that there are other practices which are consumately more challenging and beneficial.

Actually I love Bikram Yoga. Its a commitment for 90 min. of intense poses in a heated room. Its not easy which is why its easier to knock it. Oh wait is this a too lazy to work out so lets condemn it message board?

Just to quote DaveW "It's amazing how far you can go in America simply by being a psychotic asshole."

I must agree. Just take a look at your president, Bush.....

Kim, I must agree with you... I do Bikram as well, and it all good.
