My grandson who lives with me and I share a laptop with two users, him and me. Under both users we have separate itunss icons. Recently he downloaded version 9 of itunes, his itunes still has all his music library in tact but my library of 8,000 tunes seems to be gone or lost. Even the many playlists I had created are missing. Tried the procedure to recover playlists recommended by itunes but it just created multiple playlist catagories such as "90's music" with not tunes within. Checked garbage bin but nothing there. Anyone have any ideas where my music is????
