Not much on the ranger styles, but I do like the sting ray. The basket weave is a classy timeless look.

I once had a customer that had mold on some leather halters. She just wiped them off with a clean dry cloth.

Thanks AyeSell,I asked a question on the Vintage Boot Link yesterday about leather cleaning (300)leATHER BELTS. They were new when I bought them, but I knew better and time slipped by, by storing them in a non - climate controlled place they got a moldy dust on them. Bottom line I used a little Bicks 4 on 1-2 belts and it worked but is there another way to clean leather (less costly)to just clean them up without making them look used? Thanks for any help,Sincerely,Jerry

Jerry'

In the 70's and early 80's H bar C, California Ranchwear was at the top of the heap. For some reason they fell behind rather quickly in style trends. The likes of Westmoor (panhandle slim) and Karmen (Roper) picked up the pace and sort of left H bar C behind. There was never a question as to their quality, just the styling. Their old shirts sell quite well on the vintage market.

Great article. Love Lyle's music. Might try to find one of those shirts to buy. Don't mind singer signed shirts...got some George Strait signature shirts by Wrangler. Wear them when going out to place with country music, of course.
