I saw Royksopp in their first US shows ever over the weekend. They did a show called "entirely different"? and it was all about Nordic 70's guitar rock and synths morphing into 2003 bleeprock which was killer! The Abba-dumb-n-bass mashup is not far behind...

If your point is that all old bands look equally ridiculous, you can put a picture of almost any other band from the 70's next to these examples and see that thats simply not true.

I'm pretty sure those are Swedish bands there, not Swiss.
