Usually, when vulgar lilltle kids such as yourself open their limited little mouths and let their education show, I dont listen or respond. Clearchannel is the key to the white house for Bush, 1200 stations including TV and radio all blasting pro bush bull. The ignorant and stupid believe it. I agree dude, fox news is the only thing worth watching if you want news not some junk about how bad the war is going. NBC and CBS always puts good ole, Tom Dashel on as the MINORITY leader, what the heck is a minority leader anyway. The democrats don't hold anything because people are starting to realize just how pathetic their goals really are. Anyway Tom Dashel always says how bad the war is, or if he is talking to a conservative group how he supports it. Hypocrite. Don't sorry about what the Liberals have to say because they do not matter anymore, at least not for the next 5 years.

I am sick and tired of the media telling me the war is going badly !

When British troops finally landed in the Falklands, it took over a month of fighting to regain the islands....and they were only a few hundred miles square !!!!

Thousands of American troops are on the outskirts of Bagdhad, thousands more moving in from the North and the East. British troops have a good grip of the South and the US and British airforces are doing a brilliant job.
Aid is now getting into the country, and there are over 100,000 new troops coming to join the fight and secure supply lines.
And most impotrantly, casualties have been low.
All this in much less than two whole weeks....and the media say it's going badly ?

Just because some Iraqi sniper fires off a few rounds at a convoy in the middle of the desert, or they dare shoot back when our troops are succesfully defending a bridge, it doesn't mean the war is going badly !

I'm sure the media are treating this war like a television series...if it drags on too long, interest will drop, and the ratings will fall.

Surely it won't be long before a TV company asks the viewers which General they want to vote out of the house !

Have you seen how the Iraqi people are willing to fight each other in an effort to get the food packages the soldiers have been giving out ?
I'm sure they would say we have helped them be fed. And this war could help feed millions of others.

And yes, we should go to war on some African states. They have plenty of tyrants there as well !
Tyrants who are only too willing to see their people starve.

How can I not come to any conclusions or opinions about this war ? I'm a human being. That's what we do.
I have seen and heard things from the anti-war mob that have shocked me more than the actual war has !!!!

Seeing as I am from the UK, and not living in a country governed by Germany....I'd say WW2 proved that war can be a good thing.

Joel....One thing that I would like to say in your defense man, you talk about being a young dude like it's a bad thing....Well, let me say this man...It dosent matter what age a person may be, what matters is the willingness of that person to learn. To learn by experiencing things, to learn by studies to learn by observation of good and bad examples and listen too reason...to take in all the facts. Then to take all those facts and the things you have learned and make intelegent informed decisions out of them and make the right choices. Only a fool opens his mouth without having facts in his head. Being emotionally contected to some of your arguments is a part of you that will subside as you get older. But dont beat yourself up cause you may be young. Hey man I have met some folks in thier late 40's, 50's and older, who couldnt conect a clear thought with reasoning if thier lives depended on it. And say the most embarrassingly stupid things you ever heard in yor lfe. I can tell you try to reason things out...That say's a lot about you..... Most of the anti war folks will almost always be not well thought out, very pointed and hatefull...and without the ability to learn or reason...! they only see hate, without trying to learn....You sound on track to me buddy.
