Sue and I visited Freston Tower on Saturday. It was brilliant. Great views, the visitor's book (text, drawings and even paintings)is worth a scan and for those fit enough,- the stairs challenge should be given a go, I think 26 secs is the current record. I assume that the record is for ascending the stairs :>).
