im at the part of splinter cell were you Kidnap Mitchell Dougherty i already ko him but everytime a approch the smokingdoor a triger an alarm and like i dont see a guard, or camara and i dont know wat im doing wrong can i please get some help

in the original splinter cell how to you disable the wall mines on that one missions where you have to rescue the two people i keep hitting disable mine and i can disable one of them but when i try to disable the other it blows up on me
