I am playing splinter cell (pandora tomorrow) I need to know how to get past the guards after following the women through the separated hall ways. She mentions that she'll go down the right and I will go down the left side

HEY I WANTED TO KNOW HOW CAN I HACK THE COMPUTERS IN CHAOS THEORY I ALWAY TRIGGER THE ALARM . LET ME KNOW .....

HERE ARE ANASWERS TO SOME OF THE QUESTION.
`1 TO USE A WALL MINE FOLLOW THE SAME STEPS AS A GERNADE, SELECT IT USE THE EQUIP KEY AND THEN GO TO A WALL AND PLACE THE MINE. BE SURE YOU ARE AT THE SLOWEST WALKING SPEED OR U WILL TRIGGER THE MINE UR SELF AS U WALK WASY.
2. FOR SODONO AND THE STICKY CAM. I COULDNT GET IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. BUT YOU CAN FOLLLOW HIM WHERE HE GOES IN TO THE HOUSE THERE IS ARE TWO GUARDS WALKING THERE TAKE CARE OF THEM AND THE DOG ( BE QUICK ABOUT IT )OPEN THE DOOR SODONO IS TALKING TO HIS GUYS STAY IN THE DARK AND USE THE CAMERA HERE THE AIM IS EASY.
3. STEPHEN POWERS AS FOR UR QUESTION U HAVE TO GO STRIGHT INTO THE HALLWAY ON THE RIGHT IT IS NOT COMPLETLY DARK THERE I PLAYED IT A WHILE AGO BUT I THINK THERE IS ONE GUARD IN YOUR PATH AND YOU CAN AVOID HIM AS HE HAS A LONG ROUTE. TLOOK FOR A PIPE ON THE WALL IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE ROOF YOU MIGHT HAVE TO GO THROUGH A HOUSE PEOPLE WATCHING TV JUST STAY IN THE DARK .

Splinter Cell for Mac OSX
i'm in the defense ministry and I got past the retinal scanner. I've also taken out the camera over the door. Problem is, as I approach the door, every time I step on the metal strip in front of it I trigger an alarm of some sort. HELP!!!!
