Well, if we're looking to "free" women up to democracy, they might want to hang on to their veils. We have it on paper, but not in the courts. See, http:/.www.familylawcourts.com

Further south....it's really whacked in San Diego.

San Diego's nightmare...

Reaction? After two, local televised exposes, (the Turko files), the County dumped Griffin but not before demanding repayment of $69,000.00.

Did Casey Gwinn prosecute her for fraud? (I have copies of receipts from her for counseling). Nope. Gwinn thought she'd be an excellent, "community partner" at his much ballyhooed, "Family Justice Center," instead.

Exhibit A, for making a buck off already at risk, kids.

So Griffin merely diverted donations to a PR firm, changed the name of her company to "Hannah's House" and partnered with the City of San Diego, self-nicknamed, "Americas Finest City." They Won't prosecute here. If you're interested in reading a copy of a taped interview with the police promising prosecution, (which begins with: "Turn that tape recorder off!") I'm happy to forward it. (I also have a copy of the H&HS report...and other depositions of Family Court Services personnel lying about their credentials. The attorneys know about it...but if they blew the whistle...God knows, some people at FCS might look bad and they won't do that, ever.

So, Gwinn continues the practice of putting children at risk by incompetents, for profit, first documented by the 1992 San Diego Grand Jury in their letter to Senate Pro Tem, John Burton requesting urgent action. http://www.liftingtheveil.org/burton.htm

I don't know why people don't put it together that the same kind of people who work in the dependency side...also work in family court.

"Domestic violence" is the operative phrase for federal funding; and there's too much federal funds available to end it. Consider the stats at http://www.familylawcourts.com/domestic.html

Domestic violence isn't. It's murder, assault and battery and, after forty years, deliberately mislabeled.

Thinking about calling a cop? Rethink that. Sixty-six cases of LA cops not prosecuted for domestic violence, (although the whistle-blower was). http://www.familylawcourts.com/badcop.html

Any number of men, including cops, are killing, rather than divorcing, their spouses.

Judges in family courts figured out how to make misogyny profitable...feel free to contact me for names in most states.

As bad as this is, women attempting to protect themselves and their children are being severely punished, often losing custody of the children in physical abuse cases.
