Yes, Kevin, it doesn't look to me as if this woman is happy about you taking her photograph. It makes me wonder if you have bothered to ask for her permission. Her fisionomy shows a person who is being invaded as much as the physical terrotory of Iraq. It can be quite intrusive to be this greedy, to capture her face-message in the middle of war times and expose it as new material to the public. It might be interesting to try and put ourselves in her shoes, try to imagine being her, or even imagine if she was your own mother. Would you care to ask? What sort of ethic values do count in days like these anyway?
