Yawn, she's hardly a "Clinton holdover". She started her diplomatic career in the middle of Reagan's second term. I believe she was also an Army officer before that.

yawn, all kudos to your parents for their prescience when they named you. I assume that looking for the nipple began a career devoted to missing the point.

That chemical weapons plant has been looked at by the Pentagon and that it's a chemical weapons plant that was converted to an ordinary chemical plant. Also, the plant was throughly investigated by weapons inspectors in January.

Fox has already retracted the story, unfortunately, the story is already in tomorrow's news papers.

Calling a 26 year veteran and decorated hero a "clinton holdover" is really bloody asinine. She won the Award during the Clinton presidency (1997), yes. I doubt he had a whole lot to do with it.

Our strategic relationship with Mongolia will CRUMBLE!!!

Oh, what? Huge chemical weapons plant in Iraq?

Wasn't this story about a clinton holdover getting hissy about bush sendin' her off to Sibera?

Cheers,

I note that CNN has absolutely NOTHING about this.

I have an idea...how about we all start a "search engine campaign" on CNN. Get everyone to use their search engine to find these things that we feel are important but never get any attention from them. They'll pay attention to their own search records.

I'm sure she'll be quickly replaced . . . with some eager little poli-sci grad who made push-poll calls for Bush's campaign. Some ideologically reliable stooge who knows how to toe the administration line and won't be missed when the embassy gets blown up.

I have to say, whether you are for or against her political agenda, one things stands true about what she did. Unlike a majority of the American public, she stood behind her beliefs with actions.

I recall when Bush was/wasn't voted into office, there was an onslaught of American actors/actresses who said, that it would be more than they could bare. They said, that if Bush Became President, they would move out of the country. Yet, here they still are.

I commend this lady on her actions. When it came down to it, she stood for what she believes in, and made her statement. (It must be, that she is so far removed from the fakeness of the other political fakes of America, that she has the mental fortitude to actually do what she believes in.)
