I too am one of the NoteTaker and Tinderbox users. I find NT to be more accessible and hence it is now running all of the time. I continue to use Tinderbox for my blog, but I find it far more difficult to get used to TB. In the end, I think with better documentation and examples, TB would get used more, but for now NoteTaker is getting the lion's share of use.

One more Item to discuss. I too looked at NoteTaker in December last year and - after using the (with my new 15" Inch PowerBook G4/876) bundled Omni-Outliner, i gave NT a try. I bought it then two weeks ago (after Version 1.1 was released) and since then it's one of the applications which bootet with my mac and runs around the clock and helps to get my life going. It takes not too long to get used to it. Right now i'm working on an AppleScript for NT which should import 3000 picts and product-descriptions. After that i will export this from NoteTaker as a web-notebook (a quick visual guide for my customer). Definetly an advanced usage for NT, but this is just for fun and to see how well NT will handle this much Input. In my Daily Life i use it for ToDos, Sampling Notes, clips, sounds and web-clips, use it for my private life (renovation of a house and all tasks around that.).

Test the web-Notebook Feature of NoteTaker, it`s Great! NoteTaker and the small Company behind it is was makes the mac fun to use, there is nothing comparable on the XP-Side of Life (AFAIK).

I gave NoteTaker a try but to be honest I like the look and feel of Tinderbox much more. I use it for a blog, organizing ideas, notes, clippings.
I wasn't realy sure how NoteTaker could fit what I do as well.
