Question: what is with you white boys who have such a fascination with Jap culture? Is it an Asian fetish? Can't you see Japan for the crowded cesspool it really is?

I don't have a "fascination" with Jap culture. I have a "fascination" with life abroad. I lived in Japan for almost 3 years, thus it is easy to maintain a higher interest in that country that many others. But mostly I am trying to keep a general theme on this blog of Japan and technology instead of posting every single link that interestes me. If you have ever lived in Japan I doubt you would be making broad generalizations about it being a "cesspool". If you did live there and still feel that way, you really screwed up somehow. There are many "places" that can be characterized as a cesspool, the Internet being perhaps the biggest (virtually speaking) of them all. People like "Jap" and "Jon" (whose message has been deleted) on this message board are prime examples of why it would be an easy, although simplistic, characterization to make.
