When news of this first came out there was a very amusing thread on another site which basically went like this:
- hey, journaling is cool, here's how to turn it on using the Terminal
- cool, i am trying that right now!
- here's how to hack your Disk Utility to display the GUI button to turn it on, just like OS X Server!
- wow, even cooler! i'm trying that!
- me too!
- hey, that fucked up my machine!
- mine too!
- CORRECTION: DO NOT DO WHAT I SAID TO DO IT WILL FUCK UP YOUR MACHINE
