There is a very friendly marbled-colored youngish cat in our yard today hoping for some breakfast. About 7 lbs, greyish/brownish, answers to name of "here kitty kitty" and various mouth clicks and noises (as they all do for some reason). Blake double 4 2, 25 double 2.

Back 2 Basics Guild

Just a reminder that the “Canning” demonstration is set for Tues, Sept 8th. This is a hands-on demonstration and should be very informative and there are still many spaces. Come to Harry & Sally’s at 7:30 pm. If you need directions, contact me at 3o3 four four two 1868 or javayneatjimtowndotorg.

Also, the Back 2 Basics Needle Guild will get going in October. We’ll meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The Needle Guild consists of sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, etc. Drop in between 7:00-9:00 at 93 Main St. for some old-fashioned needling. Our hostess is Stephanie Carlson and many experienced needlers will be there to give advice/guidance.

Back 2 Basics events are free and brought to you by JAM.

People with wood (pine) for sale up here need to advertise on craigslist. You"ll probably get some orders. The prices on craigs are all rip-off deals so far, including the 1000lbs of oak block guy.
