What is the Narcotics Anonymous Program?
N.A. is a non profit Fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. We suggest that you keep an open mind and give yourself a break. Our program is a set of principles written so simply that we can follow them in our daily lives. The most important thing about them is that they work.

Click on this link to send a message in support of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan people. This petition which now has about 450,000 signatures gathered in the last few days will be presented to the Chinese officials in New York, London and Beijing when it reaches 1 million.

Having just returned from Tibet last fall, this situation is breaking my heart. If you feel inclined to sign, like I did, please save and paste the link and add your name to the petition. Chinese leaders are in an important crisis regarding more violence vs. more diplomacy. Your signature is a statement for diplomacy and in support of the very survival of Tibetan culture. You never know if it will make a difference, but seems like a possibility. Thanks!

Forrest has been tearing through town on his motorcycle today. Is there a unified community front on how to deal with this young man after last night's incident in town?
