I have some left over items from my yard sale that I need to sell before I move. None of these things are very large, so I could deliver them to your office next day if you are on campus this summer.

6 large ceramic owls and a dozen smaller ceramic owls. Three of the larger owls are painted; three are ready to be painted. Most of the smaller owls are ready to be painted. The larger owls range in height from roughly 4” to 7” tall. $2 or best offer. I will email you a picture (my file is too large to post here).

The CD cases, ottomans, and vacuum have already sold.

I am open to any reasonable offer – these things have to go! Email wthomason@parkland.edu if you are interested.

I am looking to sell my 1996 Nissan Altima GXE with 95,500 miles. It is automatic transmission. It is in good shape - no major mechanical issues and new tires in March 2008. It has been professionally maintained; the critical 30,000 / 60,000 / 90,000 mile services were dealer performed. The car has AC, power steering, power locks, and power windows. I will send the vehicle’s Car Fax report to anyone who is interested.

This Altima is a reliable around-town car, and would be great for someone who needs basic transportation. I have only used it to drive around town for the last four years (I did not use it for my high school assessment trips).

This car might be good for a teenager or new driver. Distractions are minimized: the radio does not function, but the cassette player does. Your teenager can full elaborate on exactly how uncool that feature is.

I am moving to Louisiana at the end of July and am looking to buy something down there that is better for a 60 mile commute. I am initially asking $2,800 but I am willing to negotiate on price. Email me off list at wthomason@parkland.edu if you are interested.

You can look at the car if you come to my yard sale on June 27 (see post above).

Dianne:
You also might try Rose Heating & AC. Ask for Travis to be your service guy. They/he will do a very good job for you.

Ron, as far as your roof goes.......It sounds like you might have a ventilation problem....which I doubt your roofer will take care of. If the guy is out of business then I'm afraid you are out of luck as far as having some recoarse, legally I'm sure you could track him down, but realisticly...blood from a turnip?? Sorry about that!! Do you know what brand of shingles were used??

Does anyone who did business w/HARCO Construction know or have knowledge of who did their roofing before they went out of business? My 9 year old roof is buckling and I'm running out of ideas short of paying for a whole new roof ourselves.
