Big yes, but not all THAT bigger than the average Mantis Shrimp. They can naturally grow up to 10 inches, with 12 inch ones on record. It's not like a 1-2 inch regular food shrimp that super-sized.

for mantis shrimp, but the ones here are getting on to 1.25'
(15 inches). That's not quite so scary as imagining a regular
shrimp reaching these lengths.
