Discovered your blog from blogger. As a journalist in India, it's interesting to read a behind the scenes to the gritty images one does get to see. I don't know how tough/easy it is to be there waiting anxiously for a war to happen/ or end -- whichever way you look at it. But lots of luck and you last para in this post was absolutely touching. nidhi, on this journey i've discovered the huge influence of india on the region. it has colored nearly all aspect of culture here. refreshing. heather, glad you find this useful, should get more interesting in coming days.
