I live in the UK. I own a Mac. I also have a digital camera. Very occasionally something might occur in my life when it would be nice to order one of those books, for example a wedding (except I would probably be too busy enjoying myself to take many photos). If I am in any way typical then the minority of a minority in this small country is unlikely to generate enough business to get back the setup costs of a business like that.

Is it too much for international iPhoto users to expect parity with the features offered by the same program in the U.S.?
Of course, there is more to this story. The infrastructure may simply not be there to support the same iPhoto services around the rest of the world as in Apple's home country...
