Yes, the SUrf club is not run like a normal club on campus, and i dont think it should be. We have a strong core of talented surfers that do know how to surf as well as admittingly a large group of members who do not surf but take interest in the sport. I dont know the reason for your apparent distaste of this club, but you are more than welcome to come join us for meetings which we do have and actually out in the water, which as Zach said, we are out in all the time. It is interesting to me how you post under an un-identifiable alias and want to say some pretty serious allegations about this club. OUr reputation is drastically improved amongst the locals and the local owners, and that fact has been verified many times over by people which we all consider much more important than a internet mystery poster. So as i said, please refrain from the negative allegations, if you have suggestions in any sort of positive manner we are more than open to them, with the hope that people will actually be willing and able to assist in these changes in plan and not just verbally gripe about them. Leading and organizing a group of surfers is never easy, if you dont believe me, try so yourself. I hope this can resolve some sort of apparent negative energy out there. For now, were going to try to surf, as much as we can, I will be on 36th street...everytime, so maybe i will see you out there if you would be so brave as to identify yourself and personally speak to any of us. Your negativity is much unappreciated.
