Happy Thanksgiving, Folks!
"Several years ago I decided to undertake an experiment in awareness and empathy. I made a vow to consistently donate 10% of my income to help end suffering in this world." -D Charneco

What if everyone did this? Mathematically. Picture the aid delivered through intricate branching networks as in the nervous, cirulatory, and respiratory systems. Where there is suffering, the body responds...each cell contributing nourishment... Could this be a simple solution to Buckminister Fuller's challenge: “To make the world work for 100% of humanity in the shortest possible time through spontaneous cooperation without ecological offense or the disadvantage of anyone.” ?

We invite you to brainstorm; share your ideas and opinions on an active movement/experiment in Micro Philanthropy and Networking.

The 10% Club.

The below link (can be cut & pasted into your address bar) is a discussion and interactive workspace group within the 'Omidyar Network'
(founded by Pierre Omidyar- the originator of eBay)

http://www.omidyar.net/group/tenpercentclub/

Issues currently being explored are donor fatigue, the connecting of endorphin release to giving, the power of digital technology in promoting causes...

Hope to see you there!
