Educated, interesting post, SMP. A+ for all the effort.
The seamless TP reference garners you a big thumbs up.

According to imdb.com Men in Black 2 Spoofs "Twin Peaks". But it has always annoyed me imdb.com never says how or where a movie is referenced to in another movie. In fact, according to imdb.com Men in Black 2 references, spoofs, or features about 45 other movies and TV shows. But because they don't list how or where a movie is referenced to in another movie, I doubt they ask when someone submits such a reference. So overall I'm a bit dubious of the reference lists. Some of the other movies Men in Black 2 supposedly references to: Dracula, The Man Who Would Be King, Doctor Doolittle, and Waco: The Rules of Engagement. As far as Twin Peaks, who knows if it was intentional or not, either way I still plan on writing an epic poem about this gorgeous pie.

I can only hope it was on purpose. I can't be the only one who thought that was the best series & moved ever made.

I liked the part where Tommy Lee Jones says something all serious about killing aliens, then Will Smith comes back with a funny quip that shows how "street" he is. That part cracked me up.

It was on at a friend's. I didn't have the wherewithal to bitch. In fact, there were a couple of funny lines--at least until I fell asleep.

Nah, I bet it was on purpose....
Wait!
You actually saw MIB II?
I heard it was "not as good as the first one," which sort of put me off because the first one was such a piece of poo. Terrible, just terrible!
That's pretty bad, coming from a guy who likes Star Wars....
