Perhaps the "quirks" are due to the fact it's beta software.

One of my banking sites no longer works with v60. It worked fine with v51 and v56.

You could just hit the delete key to go back a page.... perfect for one handed typing.

Gibbons,
Amen about the bug with the now-you-see-it, now-you-don't spell checking in Safari...

The Command arrows for forward and back action don't work when the focus is in a text editing context (such as the address box), when they work for moving the insertion point to the beginning and end of a line of text.
The "Edit-Spelling>Check Spelling As You Type" must be turned on manually each time you want it on. OmniWeb gives you a preference that leaves this on all the time by default.
Editing text in a form seems faster than it was in the earlier iteration.
Scroll-dragging now works properly when selecting text on a web page, but shift-clicking will not extend a selection to the click point as it should yet. The drag-scroll select is funky - you have to keep diddling the mouse pointer near the bottom of the page to make the scrolling continue.

The command-arrow key to navigate back and forward doesn't work when the cursor is in a text box or the address bar. Note that the cursor is in the address bar whenever you leave and return to Safari.

I also cannot log into my bank for online checking or to a password and digital certificate protected site on Lycos that I use for my work. In fact, so far I fail to see any change in using this beta...

It *still* hasn't fixed the problem with logging into PHP-Nuke based sites such as MacMegasite & MacMerc.
