HOW TO MAKE MONEY FAST!!!! Posted By: C.M <jhnmuro@aol.com> Date: Wednesday, 29 August 2001
HOW TO MAKE EASY MONEY!!!!!!!!
This seems to really have potential. This is the way the original post appeared when I first found it. Read it all then decide for yourself. It works for me! I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it. A little while back, I was browsing through newsgroups, just like you are now, and came across an article similar to this that said you could make thousands of dollars within weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00! So I thought, "Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading. Even though the investment was a measly $6, I had three questions that needed to be answered before I could get involved in this sort of thing. 1. IS THIS REALLY LEGAL? I called a lawyer first. The lawyer was a little sceptical that I would actually make any CASH but he said it WAS LEGAL if I wanted to try it. I told him it sounded a lot like a chain letter but the details of the system (SEE BELOW) actually made it a legitimate legal business. 2. IS OK WITH THE POST OFFICE OR IS IT MAIL FRAUD? I called them: 1-800-725-2161 and they confirmed THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! (See 18, h sections1302 NS 1341 of Postal Lottery Laws). This clarifies the program of collecting names and addresses for a mailing list. 3. IS IT RIGHT? Well, everyone who sends me a buck has a good chance of getting A LOT of CASH ... a much better chance than buying a lottery ticket!!! 4. WHAT IS THE BUSINESS? You are in the business of collecting mailing lists and recruiting new list developers. These questions answered, I decided to proceed. The instructions said that you have to send $1.00 to each of the 6 names and address stated in the article. You then place your own name and address in the bottom of the list at #6, and post the article in at least 300 newsgroups. (There are thousands) No catch, that was it. So, I invested the measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!! Within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $25.00. By the end of the second week I had made a total of over $1,000! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and 6 stamps, I have spent more than that on the lottery!! Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works. Also, make sure you print a copy of this article NOW, so you can get the information off of it as you need it. I seems likely to me that if you follow the directions exactly, that you will start making more money than you thought possible by doing something so easy! Suggestion: Read this entire message carefully! (print it out or download it.) Follow the simple directions and watch the money come in! It's easy. It's legal. And, your investment is only $6.00 (Plus postage) IMPORTANT: This is not a rip-off; it is not indecent; it is not illegal; and it is virtually no risk - it really works!!!! If all of the following instructions are adhered to, you will receive extraordinary dividends. PLEASE NOTE: Please follow these directions EXACTLY, and $50,000 or more can be yours in 20 to 60 days. This program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants. Please continue its success by carefully adhering to the instructions. You will now become part of the Mail Order business. In this business your product is not solid and tangible, it's a service. You are in the business of developing Mailing Lists. Many large corporations are happy to pay big bucks for quality lists. However, the money made from the mailing lists is secondary to the income which is made from people like you and me asking to be included in that list. Here are the 4 easy steps to success: STEP 1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece of paper "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST include your mailing address, the date and your signature." Now get 6 US $1.00 bills and place ONE inside EACH of the 6 pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope (to prevent thievery). Next, place one paper in each of the 6 envelopes and seal them. You should now have 6 sealed envelopes, each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase, your name and address, and a $1.00 bill. What you are doing is creating a service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it! Like most of us I was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it all. So I checked it out with the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) and they confirmed that it is indeed legal! Mail the 6 envelopes to the following addresses
1.)Justin Amoyen 1039 Lamplighter Rd. Niskayuna, NY12309,USA
2.)Bud Muchiando 235 Oakridge Dr. Daly City, CA 94014, USA
3.) Brian McKeon 1101 County Route 12 Pennellville, NY 13132, USA
4.) Terry Joe Sundwall 269 Park Ave # 1 Rochester, NY 14607, USA
5.)Brett Kerkman 4408 Carter ave Unit2 Cincinnati Ohio 45212, USA
6.)CRISTIAN MURO 1200 brookside dr, san pablo,CA 94806,USA
STEP 2: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the other names up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc...) and add YOUR Name as number 6 on the list.
STEP 3: Change anything you need to, but try to keep this article as close to original as possible. Now, post your amended article to at least 300 newsgroups. (I think there are close to 32,000 groups) All you need is 300, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make! This is perfectly legal! If you have any doubts, refer to Title 18 Sec. 1302 & 1341 of the Postal lottery laws. PLEASE REMEMBER that this program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants and by their carefully adhering to the directions. Look at it this way. If you are of integrity, the program will continue and the money that so many others have received will come your way.
NOTE: You want to retain every name and address sent to you, either on a computer or hard copy and keep the notes people send you. This VERIFIES that you are truly providing a service. (Also, it might be a good idea to wrap the $1 bill in dark paper to reduce the risk of mail theft.) So, as each post is downloaded and the directions carefully followed, six members will be reimbursed for their participation as a List Developer with one dollar each. Your name will move up the list geometrically so that when your name reaches the #1 position you will be receiving thousands of dollars in CASH!!! What an opportunity for only $6.00 ($1.00 for each of the first six people listed above) Send it now, add your own name to the list and you're in business!
DIRECTIONS FOR HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS------------ STEP 1) You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter and drag your cursor to the bottom of this document, and select 'copy' from the edit menu. This will copy the entire letter into the computer's memory
STEP 2) Open a blank 'notepad' file and place your cursor at the top of the blank page. From the 'edit' menu select 'paste'. This will paste a copy of the letter into notepad so that you can add your name to the lis
STEP 3) Save your new notepad file as a text file. If you want to do your postings in different settings, you'll always have this file to go back to.
STEP 4) Use Netscape or Internet explorer and try searching for various newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.) STEP 5) Visit these message boards and post this article as a new message by highlighting the text of this letter and selecting paste from the edit menu. Fill in the Subject, this will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group, click the post message button. You're done with your first one! Congratulations...THAT'S IT! All you have to do is jump to different newsgroups and post away, after you get the hang of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup! **REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE!! BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 300** That's it! You will begin receiving money from around the world within days! You may eventually want to rent a P.O. Box due to the large amount. ............................................................ ......................

Before any paper I have writen I brainstorm and it helps me look at what I am dealing with and how I can organize to make things more clear. My brainstorming technique is exactly like concept maps but way more boring. I really think students would enjoy using this kind of tool to help them understand something or it's just a neat way for student to get their hands on the computer and doing it for themself. Although it is not a hard task students will look at an assignment like that enjoy it rather than dread doing it.

Concept maps are a great activity to expose the children to. I remember learning them when I was in elementary school!. I think they are a great way to Introduce a new activity, or follow up on a book. They can be helpful in outlining something, and can provide that person with separate concrete thoughts or ideas!

Concept maps are a great concept, what a concept. I think kids can really learn a lot from these due to their organizational benefits. Plus it is very easy to show kids who need more visual aids than normal to show how something is done.

I never really used concept maps except for when i had to. I usually had to use them in my english classes when i was told to organize my thought and ideas for an essay. I'm one of those people who need to organize my thoughts or else i won't make sense out of them. Concept maps are very good to use especially with children because you can make the lesson fun and exciting adn not boring by lecturing them to death.

I have all positive impressions of the readings and a lot of new insights. In the first aricle, it discussed how concept maps were used in a classroom. In this classroom the teacher incorporated the news of today into her class and concept maps. I thought this was a great new way to incorporate current events in a fun new way to the class. In the second article, it discusses the many ways you can use concept maps and the benefits of them. I thought it was very intresting how many differnt ways they can be used and it gave me a lot of new ideas for my future classroom. The 3rd article basically touched on the basic summary of what a concept map is and gave me a good overview of what a basic concept map does. So overall I learned a lot from these concept maps. I have a horrible memory but I do not remember using concept maps, at least not in this fun of a way in class. The only thing I really remember is using them in class to brainstorm for a paper. I really didnt see the point of the maps because I'm not a "visual learner" but now that I see what they can do and how I can use them, I look foward to incorporating them into my classroom!!

Before this class I had only been exposed to concept maps briefly. WE refered to them as "bubble clusters". They were mostly used to organized the students thoughts before writing an essay or doing a presentaion. I have never had a class in which the teacher used a concept map within the lesson. These articles prove what a great accessory to the classroom concept maps can be. I find it to be a great way to organize thoughts and better understand what you already know. I plan to buy the program and use it to make study guides for all my classes. And a bonus....they're SOOOOO much FUN!!!! =)

I've never really been exposed to concept maps before this class and that really is a shame. I know that personally I am a visual learner and being able to put all my ideas out on paper like this with good organization and visual appeal would have helped me a lot in school. As a teacher, I definitely plan on using these concepts maps for my students and these programs seem very valuable. Concept maps are just a better and different way of doing the same old bullet outline or brainstorm. This is also a good way to teach or review a new lesson. By having this type of clear cut organization and visual understanding, students will have just one more way of grasping a concept. The benefits for using concept maps are obvious and I think implementing these types of programs and lessons into a classroom is a very valuable tool.

With these concept maps teachers are able to make a lesson that doesn't need to be followed letter by letter. It is similar to an outline, but it gives more flexibility in order to go in different directions if a student has a question. In high school I was taught that before you start a timed essay, or any essay for that matter, that you should start with a "web" this is the same concept. It is an easy fast way to get your ideas onto a page. The program we were given is even better. Planning a lesson or essay can now be done faster and more easily and neatly.

I think these articles were a great wat to better understand how useful they actualy are. I think any type of concept map will be extremely helpful for any studentto understand any topic better. As a teacher, I know I will most likely use concept maps in my future classroom. I also thought that the T chart was a cool and useful brainstorming activity that will help the students. Concept maps will be a FUN and smart way formy students to learn about the topic they are learning about at a particular time.

I think that a concept map is a great way for kids to understand easily a concept or project. From reading these articles, even though it may be more work for me, I think that as a teacher I will use concept maps to explain things to my students. I could also have the students make their own concept maps which would help them to understand what they were learning better and also prove to me that they understand what they are learning about. Concept makes just make it clearer for the children to understand and see what they are learning. It also helps those children who learn visually to get the idea. It appeals to all different learning styles.

After actually creating a concept map, I have found that they are a lot of fun (from a teacher's standpoint, that is)! There are so many ways teachers can use them to teach a subject, like worksheets, presentations, games, etc. I remember using concept maps in elementary school, but not as advanced as the ones from Inspiration are. My teacher simply drew the bubbles and lines and we had to fill the answers in. I never really liked brainstorming, but with this program, I think kids will definitely be more interested in it. Using concept maps is a great way for teachers to organize their thoughts and lesson plans in creative and fun ways. A great assignment would be to have the children make their own concept map and present it their classmates. I hope I have this available when I'm a teacher- it's so useful!

I enjoyed the readings very much. I think that the concept maps are a great tool that every teacher should know about and use in their classroom. They provide a wonderful way to explain and break apart texts to a level where just about anyone can understand. Which is a good thing for some students who might not have a very good grasp on a certain subject. It also makes learning more fun and attractive for the students. You can get so creative when making a concept map by using different colors, icons, and shapes. When I have my own class in the future I hope to be able to purchase this program to make learning more fun and effective for my kids. I never realized until having to put together my own concept map and lesson plan how helpful they really were. When I was growing up they were always just more work for me to do. But with Inspiration, it made it fun. Nothing like when I was doing them before.

Concept mapping is a terrific way to organize ideas in an effective way to minimize confusion. It also shows how ideas are related to one another and is visually stimulative so it would be attractive and easy to understand. Concept map is a neater and organized version of brainstorming. Thus, I feel that effectively combining conceptual mapping into the cirruculum should help learning fun and easier to understand. I have never used these in the past, but it seems a great idea to use within different lessons.

I thought that concept mapping even though it can take up time it is a good way of showing the students how things are related. I thought that it was great concept to take into consideration when teaching and trying to visually show relationships of a certain topic. I in the past have had to make concept maps and i think that it is a great way for the kids to learn and have some fun doing it work.

I really enjoyed the readings. I think that these concept maps are a great idea. The children become more familar with the computers and learn at the same time. They are a very neatly arranged way of expressing ideas. They show the children what they actually need to learn, but in a fun way. These maps have pictures, words, and colors. The maps can show relationships between different topics and make it easier for the children to read and understand.

Concept mapping is such a great thing. I know that when I am a teacher I am definately going to use cluster maps to help teach my students. It is an awesome strategy for a teacher and for a student to use. I also like the idea of other people adding to another person's map cluster. In those types of activities everyone learns about different subjects. In the lesson plan that I did I distinguished between plants and animals and also spoke about some similarities. After I wrote down the basics I said that I would have the rest of the class add to that concept map as much as they could, then afterwards we would all share. Concept maps help display the connections between specific topics. I agreed with all of the readings and know that I will have to eventually buy inspiration when I become a teacher, so that I will be able to use this type of teaching in my classroom.

After making a lesson plan using a concept map I saw how easy it is to explain things. Everything is organized and one can see clearly how things relate to one another. With this program,(Inspiration)I saw how children would enjoy working. It gives children the opportunity to play around and arrange things how they want them making it easier for them to learn. For a teacher it is a great way to organize things and make it easier to teach because it is just like using an outline. For kids its helpful because it helps them incorporate their own ideas and it makes it easier for the student to grasp new ideas. For the younger kids, using Kidspiration is a great idea because children seem to learn through visual ideas and if they have pictures of animals or things they like they will see and relate the topic to something fun. As a child I do remember my teachers using concept maps although they did not have the programs available to them like Inspiration. They would make the maps and have us fill in the blanks with our own ideas. I don't recall having that much fun probably because they didn't have drawings but I do remember them being really helpful.

After reading the articles on concept maps, I found that this is an excellant way to grasp the attention of the students and the teacher. Making it helpful and fun for both. The readings also helped me understand how the concept map could be used and incorporated into lesson plans as well as helping the students come up with their own ideas. As a student I have never used concept maps before, writing essays I used outlines or graphic orgaizers, but this seems like a more interesting and helpful way.

After reading these three articles and making a project of my own in class I realized how useful concept maps really can be. These articles not only support the use of concept maps in the classroom, but they give ideas of how concept maps can be correlated into the teachers lessons. Agreeing with the articles, I think that concept maps are a new creative positive way a student can learn a subject. They should be implied into more of todays classrooms. The teachers just need to understand that they have the resources available to them. Once they grasp an understanding of how to make concept maps they will realize that it will not only be an aid to them and their lesson plans, but help their students learn as well. One of the articles said that concept maps will alleviate any forms of plagiarism, and give the students the opportunity to learn a topic in a more exciting way, than if they were to write an essay. I find this to be true. Though I have never used concept maps as a child, I have used a similar form of it called brainstorming. Through my brainstorming process I learned, and remembered, a lot more than if I were to approach that subject in a different way. Now that I have seen the usefulness of concept maps in the classroom through an educators eyes I strongly believe that it is a good thing! I am excited to someday incorporate concept maps into my lesson plans and see if my students reactions were the same as mine.

After reading the online articles on concept maps, please tell us in a few paragraphs, your impressions of the readings, new insights, thoughts and reactions. Have you used concept maps in the past? What were your reactions to using them and do you feel the same now after seeing them through the eyes of an educator?
