Dear Shweta,

Let me thank you for showing interest in the ISTD programme.
This is the only Training & Development Diploma in India that is certified by Indian Govt. Also, post completion of the diploma it allows you to use Dip TD as suffix.

Since, you have completed your MBA in HR and have been working since two years in the industry, I am sure at some point or other you must be involved directly or indirectly in Training & Development activities of the organisation.

This diploma, provides you with better insight about the different aspects involved in the L & D.

Should you want to know more about this you may visit the official site or even contact me on the number mentioned below.

Dear Gaurav,

The ISTD Diploma will be a feather in your success cap. Even though you are an Engineer and you have experience in Training & Development, this course will clear the various concepts of L & D. Later in future you can enlarge your existing role by becoming departmental trainer and with experience you can aspire to become specialist in your field.

Should you require any other help feel free to call me.

Friends,

Today's learning can never achieve success we want unless we unlearn part of what we already know. But it remains a challenge to know what, how and where to start unlearning.

I have formulated a simple theory to achieve this complex concept of unlearning. As it is essential for Trainer who can conceptualised things better, I request you to learn more about unlearning.

I shall be willing, capable and prompt to provide you necessary input. Please contact me at M:9811560341 or my email: kamekish@gmail.com

Have great time learning and unlearning.

Dear Tejaswini,

You can have better and higher studies from international university. In India specifically for Training & Development we do not have any specialised courses. you may opt to do MBA in HR concentrating to develop yourself in the field of T & D.

Dear Akhila,

It's great to know that you are interested to enhance your knowledge in Training & Development. It is necessary for you to explore your future aspirations. You will have to identify the need for doing the Diploma. Just for the sake of doing will not be much of benifits to you. It will help you enhance the Training & Development activities theoretically but will be lost in due course of one year.

If you see yourself to swicth your field from Marketing to Training & Development then this but ofcourse is a good course to do or else you can read freely available books in the market.

Hello,

I am in the phase of attaining my MBA degree in Marketing from IGNOU. Currently working with IBS Business School after around few years of experience in Marketing field in corporate. As I am tied up with the Corporate Interaction group (Training group), I wish to do a course in training and development.

Please suggest whether the Diploma from ISTD would be good?
