Just a question, but at the Outback Steakhouse, do they give you pronunciation guides for some of the words or are you just left to come up with your own? I have never seen or heard of a Bloomin Onion, but having found the recipe ( here) I must say that it looks pretty damn tasty ... if arterial plaque inducing.
