I miss the old timing system. Splits are goofy times are combined. Argh!

The map makes it look much farther...the revised water course should be shorter than the main course since more of the revised course will be upstream.
Overall, it sounds like the kayak leg is going to be of shorter duration this year. A little boring maybe, but still fun.
Good luck Torin. I wish I could cross country ski as fast as you.

My estimated distance of the new paddle course is about 5.5 miles. The map on the website shows it going upstream quite a bit further than my understanding of where it will actually go, which is to the rock pile upstream of the bridge.

Does anyone know if the new long paddle course is going to be approximately the same distance?

I was also stuck with no support 2 years ago. There has always been a bus to take you back to Mission Ridge from the finish area. Check with Chance to be sure.

I am doing the Iron division and will not have support. My friend that has been helping me has passed away (deaf loner.) Is anyone can give me and my bike a ride to the start? I will check my mail on Friday morning before I head to wenatchee. Jamshid Thanks H (425)820-7010, W (206)252-2840 Email jkhajavi@yahoo.com

The Wenatchee portion of the river will be cancelled. The Canoe/kayak leg will start at Confluence Park and go up the river to a buoy and then back down the river. The bike leg will also be modified. The details of that should be on the web site by tomorrow morning. The Columbia or short course will remain as normal.

Hey, has anyone tried to look at last year and previous years times. I seem to be having trouble with it. I put in the correct info and I get a " access denied " message.........no big deal, just curious about splits. Any help would be appreciated.....
