I can't stand that instead of working out (yoga etc.) first thing in the morning, I can't stop myself from first checking email, checking the blogs I read, and updating my blog with comments. Of course then I'm often already late for work so no workout or breakfast.

I can't begin to imagine why a small file swapping community with just enough members to tax out it's small sever regularly and no use for attention from copyblight lawyers would want to stay quiet.
