Susan- Iwas wondering what happened to you and how you are doing?!!! Where are you working? How do you like it? Are working as an NP?

I work Tuesday-Fridays at a private OB/Gyn group. I wish I worked less. The job market is very tight here now. I am happy to be working for money again! I am also still doing Reseves- can't wait for it to be finished though! One year from Feb then I can retire with my 06
retirement $$!

How are the kids? My son wanted so badly to go back to Aviation
Challenge, but it was too far from VA and I'm not prepared to let him fly alone these days.
Why have you moved so often?
Take Care! Write soon- Celeste

Celeste,
I lost your new address in Virginia. I have moved twice since we left Alabama so it is not a surprise. Please email me at cafferyh001@hawaii.rr.com and let me know your address/phone number. Susan.

Hey, long time no action! It's time we had some news from the various
quarters as to current 'doins'.
Ma Bridges is going to have a trial run of the Suminsby B&B the last week
of July, entertaining one of the IOD families from Marblehead. I'll see if there
is any future in this (or maybe more work than it's worth!).

Well, we've been Googled! Just typed "Suminsby" into Google and the Suminsby Home Page was the first listing!

Other news...I have put Bill's photos up on his own gallery site,

I've put Steve's latest pix up on his page.

Heard a report on Maine Public Radio a few days ago about a prof from Maine who was recently at McMurdo doing tests on the ice and snow. He mentioned the Caterpillars they use to get around- small world! ;-)

For all the clan, here's a copy and paste of Rob's email to me re: Steve.
Boy, and I thought I was remote! Actually, it's about a tie on distance, I
think. Steve's about 133 degrees of latitude away (about 8000 miles), and
I'm about 115 degrees of longitude away, and 1200 miles south ...again,
roughly 8000 miles. But I'll concede Steve's further off the beaten
track...Dad would be proud of him for finding the ultimate backroad
"shortcut".

Greetings! I made it in one piece. I'm settling in for my first night shift. The room is not bad at all...it even has a brand new computer with net access, so I can check mail pretty much 24/7. Hope all's well back home with everyone.

Sam has a story up on his pages:

or follow the link from his Art page to
"The Wolf Who Cried Boy".
He did the illustration on the computer, in Painter Classic.

Greetings from Germany! We're at a crew change and refueling stop in Frankfurt. Smooth trip so far, except for the unexpected refueling stop in Gander, Newfoundland at 3 AM. After they realized at BWI that we were too heavy to make it without the stop, the flight attendent announced "Non-stop service to Gander, with continuing service to Frankfurt." What, pray tell, is not a "non-stop" flight these days? I guess it's only a "stop" if it happens in mid-air.

Rob sent a couple new pix before heading off to the desert tonight. They are up on his family page.
Bon Voyage, Rob!

Looks like the 'Wonder wall" to me! Jerry and DML tried to put me over that one- with nothing but the ocean underneath- but I opted to start with something simplier! Glad you put up Ben's snowman because I couldn't find an option for opening it. That's a pretty impressive sound room. Bet the Saudi base won't be able to match that!
